...So this is where I'm supposed to type things about myself...

I enjoy reading, writing poetry on occasion, playing video games or tabletop RPGs, and Japanese animation and comics. Preferred genres are action, adventure, and sci-fi.

I absolutely LOVE sewing, and wish to eventually pursue schooling along the lines of fashion design and/or theater costuming. I've been teaching myself as I go while making my various costumes for conventions.

Yes, I fully admit to being a geek. :)

I'm interested in finding someone fairly close to my own age, as it just seems strange to me to be in a relationship with someone old enough to be my parent.

Hard limits are scat/watersports, bloodplay, fireplay, and children. So, if you have children, or want to have children, sorry, doesn't work for me. I like kids, just like to be able to give them back at the end of the day. :)

Highly prefer someone who wouldn't mind a cat or two, as I really love cats. (Not quite so much as to become a 'crazy cat lady,' though.)

Thank you for taking the time to read though my profile; if you wish to message me, please include a bit of 'meat,' I generally don't respond to all the "21 m ohio" or "Hi, how are you?" posts.

Well, I've updated my profile to specify that I'm in Atlanta, seeing as I am living there now after all.

School's been going pretty well so far, though the first class I have every day is about as far a walk on campus as is possible from my dorm room. Oh well, the exercise is good for me.

Coming from a small town to a big city has been taking some adjusting, but I feel I'm doing pretty well. Now just to be able to get around confidently to off-campus places...

Well, college-related things are going well. Excited and simultaneously terrified of what will come this fall.

And something that just jiggled my memory: I remember when I first joined this site, I kept seeing profiles listing "D&D free". At the time, I thought, "What do all these people have against Dungeons and Dragons?"

Happy birthday to me!

Started a new job last week at a local radio station, working as a part-time board operator. Hey, $6.00 an hour to push a few buttons and surf the internet is fine with me!

Also, got my application to GSU in, now I've just got to hope there's a dorm room left that I can get into by the time I get an acceptance letter!

Something else I've noticed around here but forgotten to mention...

What is up with all the "Hi, I'm [age], in [location], wanna chat?" mails?

Seriously, I could figure that out easily enough from your profile. All I have to do is scroll down past your message. If you're going to bother to send me a message, make it, y'know, interesting. Is there something that interested you beyond the fact that I live in the same general region as you and you're hoping to get laid as soon as possible?

But really...what's the point of that sort of form email?

I see I've forgotten to update this thing in quite a while...

Since my last post, I lost my job at the convenience store, but I've been working seasonal retail since mid-November. (Sort of) sadly, this will be coming to an end when I get off work Saturday night. Ah well, that's life.

Considering transferring into Georgia State to get my bachelors in Asian Studies, but that'll take quite a bit of student loans most likely. Campus housing prices floored me. Not to mention, it would be my first time in a dorm, and I hardly know what to expect. Decisions, decisions...

I have begun working on third shift now, so to those who wish to contact me...I go to bed around 8 AM eastern time, and wake up again around 3 PM, so don't expect any responses from me in between. It's certainly taking some getting used to, but overall, it hasn't been as bad as working second. Life is going well, and I'm working on finding a new job because...well, I have a college degree, I shouldn't be working in a convenience store.

Have a good day!

Whew, the holiday weekend was nuts. Work was crazy busy, and the days I had off, I went up to visit a friend of mine. We all had More Adventures with Ghosts, and despite that, went to go see Silent Hill. That movie scared the hell out of me a number of times, but in the end, it was really quite tragic. When we all came back, we stopped by Umezono's, the greatest Japanese restaurant I have ever been to. Mmmm...onigiri. But really, life has been good, even if my new job isn't the greatest. Need to find something that's more of a desk job and not be a convenience store slave any longer than I have to.

But at least with a job, I can finally afford new fabric...^_^

So, I'm back home after spending my weekend running around like a crazy geek. Things were mostly good, except a certain friend passing out drunk, another drunk!friend thinking it would be good to score some pot (though luckily he sobered up before he managed to get pot, and realized it was a bad idea), and having random people crashing in our room such that, yes, I had a bed....but I got to freeze to death because all I had for covers was two sheets.

I also need to teach a certain friend the fine art of packing cosplay in a reasonable amount of space, instead of taking up 2/3 of my little Focus's trunk with her stuff while there were four others of us who needed to pack a few changes of clothes in there.
