~my only gift~
the first were small
she gifted him a smile
he returned with his own

she gave her time
obeyed for a brief interlude
and he gave her a gift
of new knowledge, new sensations

he claimed to be a thief
and rightly so.. taking all..
but so slowly she didn't see
until she was his.. completely..

a gift of submission
when he was there she was his
yet it wasn't total, wasn't pure
she tried, but her heart was wayward

his strength won out though
her body recognizing his mastery
knowing how she could surrender to any
but not feel all he gave to her

she bowed her head
tender in her submission
her body his

and in the nights and days
that led them forward
learning each other
her gift expanded

the heart she guarded so carefully
held out in open palm
his to trample in the dust
or cherish as he willed..
but it was his.. always his.

he knew.. each step of the way
each gift she gave
how much it took from her
and he gave back much more

she gave him her passion
he gave her a name
she gave him her heart
he gave her joy

day by day her heart, her soul
clung tighter to him, opened more for him
and night by night he demanded
more.. and took it..

the gift belonged to him..
he would keep taking from her
and she would keep giving to him
until there was nothing left..
nothing but his slave

~my punishment~
The sweet snap of pain?
Running though my body
Eyes closing in regret
Of a punishment deserved
The feel of the leather
Against my flushed flesh
The agonized burn?
As a lesson is taught?
The feel of a hand
Stroking the pain?
Soothing the ache
Of both skin and heart
A lesson is taught?
A punishment endured
The tender caresses?
A reminder of His love?
The punishment not given lightly
The paddle is hard, relentless and cruel
But the feeling of love surrounds me?
As i am soothed and rewarded
These things are designed to show me
To serve as a reminder for all time
To let me know that i am loved
I am cherished?
I am His?
Always?

~I bow~
I bow before my Master and take
my punishment.
I am sorry I let you down.
Let my tears show and my backside bare
the pain I shall receive.
I give you the count I must have
as the whip makes its mark
I say to you Yes Master please love me more.
I shall not miss one count for I know it will
cost greater pain.
I know I shall not beg for this to be over,
because I know you will only give me more.
No tears will fall because you told me, if one shall fall it will be twice as hard.
Master may I rise and worship your body
and to please you forever more.
