You will be required to, but not limited to, provide the following:

1. Provide your original birth certificate (must be AT LEAST 20 years old)

2. Provide at least three forms of valid ID.

3. Provide a recent physical and mental health record or be willing to schedule an appointment, upon approval, with your general practice, gyno, and therapist (if you have one). You will be expected to attend your semi-annual physical and get your self on some sort of birth control.

4. Have reliable transportation and a job.

5. Have at least some college education and show ambition in life.

6. MUST have the ability to disassociate your self from what is required in the bedroom and what is expected in public. This relationship will be relatively temporary, meaning that: when my partner and I decide to settle down and have a family, it is understood that your service will no longer be needed. We will be considerate of your emotions, but expect that you not attach your self to either one of us emotionally. If you feel that at any point in the relationship you are unable to keep your emotional desires at bay, than our agreement will be terminated.

7. Willing to sign a disclaimer for the events that may unfold. You will be advised to read it closely.

8. The willingness to be trained to our specifications and follow only those.

9. The willingness to be strictly monogamous to OUR relationship. You WILL NOT have any other Dominant affairs or general relationships at all.

10. You WILL be required to keep your self healthy and maintained. It is suggested that you encourage your Doms to do the same.
