About SubSlaveMale

Hello,

I'm a male slave in the Kansas City, MO area. I've known I'm a submissive since an early age (can't remember exactly when, but before my teens). Being submissive isn't something I can turn on or off, it's just the way I seem to be wired.

I'm extremely submissive and derive my pleasure from doing things for others. What that doing is isn't really important to me, so long as it makes my partner happy. I'm also handy around the house, enjoy cooking, cleaning, handling household chores or what ever my partner wants or needs.

I'm open to try anything and have very few limits. I try to align my limits with that of my partner so I do not worry about being asked to do something outside of what I would feel comfortable doing. While some see being submissive as being weak or a wimp, I see it as making me stronger and a better person.

I'm very intelligent and love to learn new things, meet new people and to explore life on many different levels. Life is about the experiences, adventures one has along the way, for we all end up in the same place at the end...

There are many words used in the lifestyle to describe the aspects of being submissive; words like service, servitude, obedience, and others...but just what do people mean when they say these things? Let's take a look at a few of these words in detail...

Service(noun)
Etymology: Middle English, from Middle French, from Latin servitium condition of a slave, body of slaves, from servus slave...OK, we're on track here and off to a good start...
1 a : the occupation or function of serving service> b : employment as a servant service>
2 a : the work performed by one that serves service> b : HELP, USE, BENEFIT service> c : contribution to the welfare of others d : disposal for use service>
3 : the act of serving : as a : a helpful act service> b : useful labor that does not produce a tangible commodity -- usually used in plural services> c : SERVE

OK, that takes of service, but we often hear of submissives/slave entering in servitude to their Mistress/Masters...just what the heck is servitude anyway?

Servitude (noun)
Etymology: Middle English, from Middle French, from Latin servitudo slavery, from servus slave
1 : a condition in which one lacks liberty especially to determine one's course of action or way of life

Well one can clearly see how these words apply to being a sub/slave in a D/s or M/s relationship...what is interesting is the complete lack of any sexual references in the above definitions...is it possible that D/s and M/s are not about sex...but service to another...serving another to make their life more pleasant and enjoyable?

But what is service then? For that check back tomorrow for my entry about what service is...in my humble opinion at least...

What type of submissive am i?
Often I get asked by others about being submissive and just what does it mean to me to be submissive. For me, I am what most would call a natural submissive. I have a strong desire to submit, no a need to submit, for me to be happy and fulfilled. My submission is anything but sexual in nature; for me happiness is derived from the doing for others, making them happy, placing my needs, wants, desires aside to fulfill their needs, wants and desires. Some say that I am a ?service? oriented sub, but since to me it doesn?t matter what the service is that I perform to make them happy, whether it be cleaning, cooking, or serving in more intimate ways, I prefer to be called a multi-use sub.

Being submissive is something that I am at the core and is a trait that has affected almost all my choices in life, from careers, volunteer work, and even in fatherhood. While I can not honestly remember how far back in time I have felt these feelings, once I came to the realization that I am a submissive, it placed a whole new light on the stories my parents would tell me about how I behaved as a child...as young as six years old. This leads me to believe that being a natural submissive is something I was born with; something that has been hardwired into my very being.

But my submissiveness goes even deeper than all that...off the deep end of submissive into the waters of ?slave?. Perhaps it?s my deep natural submissive side that has even made it possible to realize the depths to which submission can go. For me submission isn?t something I can only do when the desire hits, but rather for me it?s an all-or-none situation. I submit once...end of story, no renegotiations, no going back. It is also why I have always looked only for 24/7 relationships...believe it or not, this has not always been clear to me and is something I recently learned. One important aspect about being submissive to me is that I am continually learning, growing, expanding; not just in my submissive nature but as a human being as well...
