Yesterday, I felt soooo good!
You see, there was this stray dog someone chained up to a fence a few days ago, and I just ran into it, poor thing was scared half to death, and starving too!
well it had broke free from the leash that it was holding it to the chain fence and was running around, shivering from the cold and the weather was turning as if it were going to snow!
Well, I got this crazy idea and went up and found an old leash of my two dogs that they got too big for and decided I was gonna grab the dog and take it home with me, though I knew my daddy would say no, I was gonna do it anyways.
So, anyways, I jumped up when i heard it barkin' grabbed a bowl of dog food I had warmed up in the microwave and went out to catch him.
Poor thing was scared out of his wits, so I calmly set the bowl down and backed away slowly to show him I didnt mean him any harm. I've gotta tell you this poor thing ran up to the food and gobbled every last bit down while I managed to get the leash around its neck and take it back to my house!
Not even a minute later, this growling dog on which I was first scared that it was gonna bite me was now sitting in my lap, begging me to cuddle and pet him!
I named him Shadow, he looked like a boxer-pitbull mix. I had to take him to the ASPCA though, they're taking care of him, checking him for fleas and diseases. I hope he's okay!

I have this sort of facination.. and Im wondering if Im wierd for liking it... Ive only told master about one encounter, that happens quite often.. I wonder what he thinks...
