Some excerpts from a slave application I recently made that might give the reader some insights into my thoughts on this subject: 

Your slave-candidate understands that it is to keep its body and face completely free of hair – including its armpits - save for its eyebrows and head hair, at all times.

The slave-candidate understands that its body will no longer be its own and will belong to Master and slave-Mistress. In particular it realizes its cock, balls and ass belong solely to Master and slave-Mistress to do with as They please. 

slave-candidate understands the body may be subject to [various SM practices]. It will surrender complete control of its cock, balls and orgasms to Master and slave-Mistress, both when in Their presence and not, and understands it will be kept in a chastity device at all times except when released by Master or slave-Mistress. 

slave-candidate will gladly engage in any sexual practices that Master and slave-Mistress may order with the understanding that all these practices are legal. 

slave-candidate further understands, and welcomes, that it will be subject to strict obedience training and discipline by Master and slave-Mistress to meet their requirements. It will conform to whatever level of protocol They require  If They command slave-candidate to cross-dress it will be happy to do so. 

slave-candidate understands that They will keep in regular contact with it when not in Their presence and it will deliver reports of its activities and any assignments They may have given it prior to or during those check-ins. 

slave-candidate understands that Master reserves the right to terminate His Ownership of His property at any time, with or without explanation. slave-candidate may request release from Master's Ownership but must explain its reasons. Master may or may not choose to honour its request the first two times slave-candidate makes it but that the third request must be respected and slave-candidate must be released at that time.

slave-candidate understands its primary responsibility is to faithfully serve Master and slave-Mistress to the best of its ability and to strive to improve its service in all respects at all times.
