Dominant or Just Selfish?
It seems to me that there are an awful lot of selfish women on this site posing as Dommes. I'm sure there are a lot of selfish subs too, but A) I'm not looking for them so I don't see them, and 2) for the most part, they're not claiming to be superior in any way. What bothers me about the selfishness is that it comes in the same breath as a claim to the title of "perfect goddess". If you think a sub exists solely for your pleasure and that their feelings are irrelevant, you have a LONG way to go to even achieve the title of "decent human being", never mind "perfect goddess".
Any relationship is an exchange. This includes D/s relationships. No matter which side of the D/s split you find yourself on (and whether that is permanent or just for a little while), you have responsibilities to the person you're interacting with, just as they have responsibilities to you. D/s is a two-way street.
