Ok i know this has nothing to do with anything in the lifestyle but i have alot on my mind and i need to get it out. So i have been having really bad nightmares. When i wake up im too scared to move too scared to sleep too scared to do anything but wait for the sun to come up. Also i have these times that i have "sleep paralysis". I mean it is basically sleep paralysis but i dont see figures in my room like most people as a matter of fact i cant open my eyes. I cant move I cant do anything for several minutes. I'm so scared to go to sleep because either of these things can happen. Its only when everyone goes to sleep till everyone wakes up. Just constant fear, constant anxiety, my heart is constantly racing and idk what to do.?
