Jeez, even in my new world of utopia as a submissive to my wife, unpleasant crap happens. Yesterday the timing belt went out on the car, and we're faced with unexpected repairs and expense, but even with all that, we didn't argue with each other, and didn't let the stress take over. Instead we channeled it in a positive direction, the direction of my ass.....LOL. Doesn't change the fact that we're in a little jam right now, but we're dealing with it.

Another day when I get up and think that it is so good to be alive, and life is Good. I'm finding what it is truly like to be a slave, and what actual effort it entails on my part. My duty in life is to please Mistress, and Her pleasure comes when I am enthusiasticly obedient, in attitude as well as in deed. She has told me that over time, I will eventually earn the collar that She will give to me, once She feels that I am completely trained. Living my life to please Her has its own reward, in that I am truly happy when I am doing so.

It's4 a.m. and its one of those early days when Mistress has to go to work early. I'm up and on my first cup of coffee, and will read the message boards and then go to our fleamarket unit to sell some stuff hopefully today. Since we decided to quit truckdriving it has made for a lot better home-life. We're a few months into the D/s relationship, and its a little different, after already having been married for 3 years, a lot of things are reversed, some things are totally new, a whole spectrum of emotions comes into play, and we have to learn how to live our lives differently. I really feel that I am lucky, I have a Mistress who loves me and cares about me. We both know we have started down a road that goes only one way. There is no turning back.  We decided that our relationship will be as a slave-Mistress, rather than sub-Domme. She has total ownership, and I only have 3 rights....the right to obey, the right to remain silent, and the right to worship my Mistress. I can express my feelings in my private journal to her, but not with my mouth, which has a tendency to get me in trouble.
