Now in the winter of my years, I feel the need to be the person I have always known I was meant to be. I seek a position as a service slave. While taking a short hiatus from CM (I was trying to figure out what I wanted to be when I grow up), I perused the myriad profiles and came to this conclusion: Judging by the name, it occurred to me that the founder of this site had in mind a place where those seeking to find a mate with interests similar to that of their own might meet and those looking to serve might find those looking for someone to be of service. A collar ( an expression of mutual understanding as to the roles played by the receiver and the giver) might be offered and accepted. What has happened on this site is something terribly different. It has become a place filled with those (mostly males) looking for cheap entertainment to bolster their libido before rushing off to bed their spouses. It has also become a source of free advertisement for professionals looking to fill their bank accounts. Now I have nothing against pros, but I certainly am tired of the bellicose style that fills their profiles. It seems to me that whoever is in charge of this site could easily open up a category for the professionals and leave those of us who honestly looking for a collar or looking for someone to collar in our own category. And then the owners of the site might do well to police it, by asking those transgender people and those professionals to stay in their respective categories or leave. |
