it’s looking primarily for friendships especially with female slaves either owned or or not, experienced or not. slave was born into a Mormon family so was raised that way. But over time, it realized that Mormonism wasn’t its true calling in life. Like most slaves, it showed indications of what it is from an early age. Yes you could say it was born this way. Coming from such a conservative background, having a craving to be owned and used sexually took some time to understand and accept.
