sorry to anyone who may have been trying to get in touch with me for almost the past week. i've been sick as a dog and bedridden, but i'm back on my feet (or knees, take that as you will) and feeling a good deal better, so it's back at the computer and on with life.

Graduating in a few weeks, and decided to take some time off before i really consider graduate school. It's a long term goal of mine, but one i don't really feel ready to tackle, i've been in school for far too long already. Finding a job around here is proving to be difficult, but i'm holding out hope that things will pick up again soon. Otherwise it might be back into school regardless of my readiness.

It's been a wild and sometimes rocky past couple of months, but i think i made it through ok. The biggest development i can report on is the steady realization of my masochistic side. For the longest time i did my best to avoid pain and only take on small amounts at a time. But after finally experiencing a few torture scenes, i've come to accept that side of me that loves to be hurt, to feel the pain, and maybe even push it to the point of crying from time to time. i need to think about this some more, but just thought i'd share.

Heading out to San Francisco on Saturday, i'm so excited! Still hopeful of finding some way to pass the weekend while i'm out there. Anybody have any ideas?

I feel kinda silly now, as technologically adept as i normally am i somehow missed the feature of the Sent section in the CM mail system for messages being read. So now i know that most of my messages aren't falling on deaf ears :) That said, the last four messages i've replied to don't appear to have been read yet. i'm guessing mail filters are the cause?

Is it just me, or do messages on CM sometimes not make it to their recipients? I've sent 5 or 6 in the past month and it seems like either I'm responding improperly (possible, but hopefully not), or something is just not working in the system. Anyone have any tips on this?

Back home in Tennessee safe and sound. I hope everyone has been having a great summer!

I know the details of my trip a little bit better now, I'll be in Paris from the start of July until August 4th, with the exception being a trip to Brussels, Belgium from the 19/21 of July until 25/27 of July. Anyone want to play or just need service?
