About Skyborne
My first impulse is to say that I'm new to this stuff, but that's not entirely true. I've explored a bit and done a gratuitous amount of research on a number of different topics that all fall under the BDSM header. Perhaps a better descriptor would be to state that I'm inexperienced yet seeking to rectify that.
Only in the last year has my sexual drive and sense of desire really kicked in. Before that the closest I really got to the subject was occasional sensuality and a faint curiosity toward kinks (outside of the short time that I experimented with Domination/submission and found my place as a Dom). It wasn't a bad thing, I just didn't have much of a sex life. Then things changed, I met people, and I became poly.
My friends tease me about being innocent. Partially because of my late blooming sex life, partially because I didn't start drinking until Oct '09 (and still have yet to be drunk), and partially because I've not smoked or experienced drugs. None of it was the result of religious upbringing or a resentment toward societal taboos, I just felt no desire to pursue any of it. I still have no desire toward drugs or tobacco and only the mildest toward alcohol. However my sexuality has been blossoming and that's what I'm looking to explore and develop.
