"Wicked pain, wicked pleasure. I love it, I loathe it. I am humiliated by it and recreated by it. And yielding means to feel all those things at once and yet to be of one mind and one spirit."
from Sleeping Beauty, Anne Rice
"I am your spaniel, and Demetrius, the more you beat me, I will fawn on you. Use me but as your spaniel; spurn me, strike me, neglect me, lose me, only give me leave.
Unworthy as I am to follow you, what worser place can I beg in your love and yet a place of high respect with me, than to be used, as you use your dog."
Helena to Demetrius/'Midsummer's Nights Dream'.....W. Shakespeare
"The best thing about pain is that once you stop feeling it, you can start using it."
Freddie Kreuger
Freddie's Dead ('Nightmare' movie)

"She is a woman of her time. A complex combination of soft femininity and self-willed aggression, vulnerable in her confidence, her strength tempered with flexibility."

i have liked this song ever since it came out, but i think it so completely encapsulates what i think of being a submissive, at the beginning anyway. and even now, sometimes...does it apply to Y/you?
are Y/you a little Disturbed?

*grins mischieviously*

(Can you feel that?
Ah, shit)
Drowning deep in my sea of loathing,
Broken, Your servant, I kneel
(Will you give it to me?)
It seems what's left of my human side
Is slowly changing in me
(Will you give it to me?)

Looking at my own reflection,
When suddenly it changes,
Violently, it changes
There is no turning back now
You've woken up the demon in me!

Get up, come on, get down with the sickness
Open up your hate, and let it flow into me
Get up, come on, get down with the sickness...
Madness is the gift, that has been given to me.

I can see inside you, the sickness is rising.
Don't try to deny what you feel.
(Will you give it to me?)
It seems that all that was good has died
And is decaying in me.
(Will you give it to me?)

It seems you're having some trouble
In dealing with these changes
Living with these changes
The world is a scary place
Now that you've woken up the demon in me!

*shivering* just rocks me so hard...in so many different ways.

"To know the pains of power, we must go to those who have it; to know its pleasures, we must go to those who are seeking it. "  Charles Caleb Colton

thank You Daddy2BadGirl, Sir. i do so like this quote.

Does my sassiness upset you?
Why are you beset with gloom?
'Cause I walk like I've got oil wells
Pumping in my living room.

Does my haughtiness offend you?
Don't you take it awful hard
'Cause I laugh like I've got gold mines
Diggin' in my own back yard.

Does my sexiness upset you?
Does it come as a surprise
That I dance like I've got diamonds
At the meeting of my thighs?

Did you want to see me broken?
Bowed head and lowered eyes?
Shoulders falling down like teardrops.
Weakened by my soulful cries.

You may shoot me with your words,
You may cut me with your eyes,
You may kill me with your hatefulness,
But still, like air, I'll rise.

Just like moons and like suns,
With the certainty of tides,
Just like hopes springing high,
Still I'll rise.

I rise.
I rise.
I rise.

Maya Angelou..."I Rise"  (revised by eli, of course.)

oh Ms. Angelou...your words are an inspiration to every woman, everywhere...and i thank you, good kind lady...for those words.

"indeed, the longer you know someone the better the exchange, and deeper it is, I do not own any, and do not intend to, but I'll make you think Ive known you all your life. That is, IF you are the masochist that you think you are"

mmmmm...another quote from Nietzsche...everything He says rings true...
For believe me: the secret for harvesting from existence the greatest fruitfulness and the greatest enjoyment is—to live dangerously!

thank You MasterHoldem

*G*
was brought to my attention that the Nietzsche quote i shared in an earlier entry was inaccurate...and to tell the truth, i like the accurate version much better...the one i used is a kind of 'watered down' version of the actual quote...this one is sooo much more potent...

"There are two things that stir a man's soul...danger and play...and woman is his undoing for she is the most dangerous plaything of all."  Nietzsche

thank You Heron Sir.

   "I loved you in           probability"
       wow    ...here's another one...
"The opposite of death, is desire."
   Tenneessee Williams
"When trying to describe the act of love, humans have two choices, the language of science or the language of the gutter, both of which are inadequate."
Oscar Wilde...uhh, can anybody say amen!?!?!

*sigh*

i defer to my journal entry on 4/27...geeeesssssus...its a freakin analogy! get a dictionary!

AND NO, I AM NOT, NOR HAVE I EVER BEEN...A MAN!
GOOD GOD, OPEN YOUR EYES...38-D'S FOR JESUS SAKE!
starting to worry about some of the men on this site. really really worried.

a new quote from a new friend....i'm sure the quote isnt new, considering who said it, but  i had never heard it and found it to be very accurate....

LOL

"The true man wants two things: danger and play. Therefore he wants woman, as the most dangerous plaything."

Nietzche

please, please dont judge me to be a bitch because of what i am about to print here...i am not whining or griping (not about or to anyone in particular either) just stating facts as they seem relevant to me and my profile...

the quote on my profile is just that...a quote...it is also an analogy...if anyone has ever read the play, they would know that.
definition of analogy...a likeness in one or more ways between things otherwise unlike. words used to decribe something in a way that is so unlike the actual thing, that it is seen as being like.

it is Helena describing her devotion to Demetrius. her absolute submission to him in all ways of her heart, body and mind. that is the ultimate achievement in a relationship, is it not? the dog comparision is only used as a description of her total devotion to him above all others...and that she would accept the lowest of his affection if that is all she was afforded.

i am not a dog, nor do i want to be treated as one.
in the bedroom or anywhere else.
hard limit #1...no animal play or beastiality in any way.
so, sorry nasty boys...please dont email me with wanting to leash me to the bedpost so i can "lay in my own piss and be beat, then f___d like the dog i am"...not really my thing.

i was hoping to draw some intelligent conversationalists into  my lair...failed again.

well, to be truthful...i have received some really nice, interesting, charming notes...and i thank the gods, that somewhere, there is still intelligent life on this planet.

4/17/2007 5:51:06 PM

i am a collector of quotes...some of my favorties? You wanna hear them???  OK...

"The opposite of death...is desire" Tennessee Williams

"Definition of hell...want to, but cant"

"Not all who wander are lost"

"Sometimes the worst state of being is remembering the future" Kirkigard

"No kind of sensation is keener or more active than that of pain, its impressions are unmistakable."  DeSade

"You should stand up for your right to feel pain." Jim Morrison

One more????

"We have yet to find anyone we could say was completely sane. But, if we do, we're sure we could cure them." The American Psychiatric Association 1986

PARTY AT THE PIT!!-- tonight!!!

Anyone in Panama City should join us at the Pit!! Big party...local rock bands...great company...cold cold cold beer!!! what more could a girl ask for????

ALL ARE WELCOME!!!

4/11/2007 4:50:40 PM

Alright, already! I'll change my friggin comments thingie. no...no...i dont think i will...i'm gonna leave it just like it is, and just hope folks will read this as well!

Look, i only wrote it like that because after tabbing all the choices they give you to speak for you, I figured there wasnt that much left to say. And if there were, maybe those things should be said in private.

But OBVIOUSLY it offends some.

I'm not going to apologize for it, tho, cuz i did it for a reason. I know these chat sites and i know what lurks in the corner, waiting to leap out. I was hoping to weed thru some of the "duuhhh"'s and the "whats your bra size" and the "Shaved or waxed" but holy gods above...there they were.

All i wanted was a few people that thought it might be worth the effort to put a little more into a note, introducing themselves or seducing me into a conversation. Words are powerful and can trigger all kinds of emotions and feelings, i am sure we've all been there. But why not be creative....imaginative, clever...witty...charming and down right HOT!
I dont think thats asking a lot.

so...anyways....ALL THE GIRLS...PLEASE QUIT MESSAGING ME THAT I AM LAZY AND WASTING FOLKS TIME BY LOOKIING AT MY PROFILE. Tell them...not me...i dont give a good sh_t who looks at my profile.

Guess there are juveniles everywhere you go.

Hummmpppffft!!!...

yeah, D.T. that DOES feel better.
