Oh dear. Here we go again! I just read a Dom's journal that says "when you girls get a message from us Doms..in any form...it means we are interested in you and want to see if you are real."

Really? So "Hi" and "How r u" are the best you guys can do? Get a grip. And all those spam messages that start out "Hello gorgeous, I read your profile" or even better...the ones that address you in the third person..."and how is she doing?"

*eye roll* OY VEY!

Judging from the mail I get, 99% of people on here do NOT read journals or respect someone's requests. So if you find your messages not replied to, perhaps it is because you are one of the following:

Married, submissive, gay/bi/tranny, under 50, and female. OR it is because you sent a one-word message, were from Nigeria looking for money, or sent a completely disgusting message.

Unless you are over 50, please do NOT message me. You young guys saying "Older women are hot"...are just stupid. There may be some cougars out there prowling for young meat but I am not one of them. I much prefer someone who is in my own age group, a mature, older adult. And of course I can tell if you have looked at my profile or not..so please stop saying "I read your pro" when you obviously DIDN'T. It just makes you look ridiculous. Those sort of spam messages get reported. Go play elsewhere.

Seems I need to update and be more specific...again. I keep getting messages from Doms who are looking for slaves. Please....I am NOT a slave, nor will I ever be. Refer to the first line of my profile if you are in doubt. I know what a slave is, and what a sub is. I know the difference, ok? Thanks. Hope that clears up any misunderstandings.

Doms, those of you who are sending messages saying "I just looked at your profile"...when you obviously DIDN'T...don't you think we can tell who took the time to read our profiles and who didn't? The "who's viewing me" button is extremely helpful. You don't even mention a single thing on the profile, just a generic, cut-and-paste greeting probably sent to hundreds if not thousands of ladies on here.

Any wonder you don't get replies?

First of all, you guys sending out random messages saying "hi i like your profile get back to me"...are just lame and stupid. You obviously haven't even read my profile, you think i can't tell? If a personal message is beyond your capabilities then don't send anything.

I get people asking what a wiccan goth submissive is. You guys know what google is? Use it. Look it up. It's pretty self explanatory.

Those Doms and Masters seeking "sub/slaves"...don't you realize those are two completely different categories? A slave will always be submissive..but a sub will not always be a slave. You need to work out which one you are looking for. That's why a lot of subs pass on those type of profiles, believe me.

Any Doms who message with "hi"...will be ignored. Honestly, if you can't come up with anything more than that..and apparently there are a LOT of you out there who can't!!....please piss off. Please.

Updated the profile. Decided to be very upfront and honest about who i am and what i want. That's the best way, i think.

I had to disable the chat request function today. The same silly people kept sending and sending and could not figure out why I was not going to respond, as I didn't know any of them and they didn't bother to send so much as a "hi"...so poof, no more chat requests.
Which is just fine by me. I think I'm getting fussier as time goes on. Goth Master or no Goth Master, I am just fine till the right one comes along.

Fascinated to read all the profiles of UK Doms. surely one is right for me? i love their humor and down-to-earth approach, open and honest. Something in their style just intrigues and attracts me. Always has.

I had not realized so much time had passed since I was last on. And yet nothing much has changed. I get messages urging me to open up, or do this or that. I would rather remain true to myself, and alone, than fake ANYTHING. I still await the One who does not rush, who is willing to take the time to develop a real, deep, true, trusting relationship. Until then, I remain as I am.

I will be off site for some time beginning immediately. I would request NO messages to be left, as they will not be responded to. If and when i do return i will post a new entry here stating that.

i just had the weirdest thing..some random person called happytrails sent me not one but TWO messages, calling me a fraud and saying i am on here to "hoodwink" (his phrase) people, just because he didn't think my references to Goth and Wicca on my profile were real.
Then he blocked me, coward, so i couldn't even reply. Afraid of what I might say, happytrails? Afraid I might actually have a literate reply, and be able to spell out whole words, and not "u" and "r"?
I am here to tell you all that I am real. I am not here to hoodwink anyone. And shame on anyone who thinks so. If anyone reading this doesn't care for my profile or my way of thinking (the guy also had issues with my not being in a rush to find a Master, and my 6-month guideline apparently cheesed him off too)...then for pete's sake MOVE ON. The energy that guy expended by ranting and raving to me could have been used in a more positive manner.
Anyone with legitimate questions about Wicca, I will be more than happy to enlighten them.

i keep having Masters message me with what looks like generic copy-and-paste statements like "i liked your profile message me to chat". It doesn't even look like you guys even READ my profile at all, it just looks like you are fishing.
Henceforth, i will not reply to such general messages. If you can't put a little effort into it and make it personal then just don't bother messaging me at all.

i have met some very nice people thus far, i wish i had known about this site earlier..would have spared me a lot of heartache and tears! there seems to be a lot of intelligent serious people here who are seriously seeking...i have found a few who are just playing around also, those who demand a piccy as a "looky-see", if you are not pretty i suppose they do not want to chat with you lol...i can tell these right off and do not bother with them..true BDSM is in the mind and heart..not how pretty or thin you are.

Ok, so here is my first journal entry...hopefully this will serve as a way for Masters and Doms to get to know me better, and find out what makes me tick.
i am basically just starting out on my journey into this lifestyle..after spending a lifetime being a submissive without really knowing what that is, i was in a BDSM chatroom on yahoo a couple years ago and some kind Dom suggested some websites for me to look at. Amazed to recognize myself in a lot of the subbie things, realizing that i was most comfortable in serving and being protected, in giving all myself to another, a power exchange...
So...went through a long period of exploring and learning, finding out what is right for me. As is very common on the net i seem to have stumbled a bit and made a few mistakes along the way with online "Doms" and "Masters" who weren't looking for a sub at all..merely a plaything. i chalked those missteps up to experience. Older, wiser, i moved on.
And now here i am. They say the best is yet to come. i sincerely hope so. it has been a long time since i shared my life with anyone. Somewhere there is a Dom out there for me...who wouldn't mind a shy, sweet subbie who has a kinky sense of humor, who knows how to behave in public and private..who only wants a patient caring Master to bring her home to her full potential.
