I hear alot about the problem of subs making an appointment and not showing up so here is a solution. 

Pick a store or bar or street corner that You normally drive by on the way home from work or shopping. Have the sub wait there with a half hour window. Find out what the sub will be wearing or command the sub to wear certain clothing. If he is there then You get a slave to do some menial tasks for You. If he is not there You haven't wasted any of Your time. 

After he does a couple of hours or more of useful work for You at no cost to You, all  You need to do to reward him is take 5 minutes to order him to kiss Your boots or cane him, or whatever You find amusing. 

Its an easy way to get some menial chores done for very little cost to Yourself.
