Sometimes we as Leaders forget that the server gains so much from what we offer.

Burning deep inside the server is the honest desire to be welcome. Welcome into our homes, our hearts. To just be used is not enought. To be used as well respected for their offer is so great. We have so much more duty than to just whip. Once we as Leaders no longer respect first the offer we can not do justice to the server.

Respect the hand that serves you.

Perhaps in our Life we find ourselves in the darkest of storms. All around us has went without us. So alone, scared, so dark. To stand hard against the wind can be done yet we become harder perhaps a bit bent. Then again perhaps the wind blows us down and yet a little of ourselves will seem to regrow.
