I have met some wonderful people from here despite what some have said about the trolling nature of this site. When I first joined I was shocked at the apparent number of male Doms. It wasn't until one of my friends from here pointed out how few are actually actively practicing Doms and of those the surprising number of gents who cannot string a sentence together. I smiled at that realization. She still sends me some of the messages she gets as they are hilarious, shocking and often rather sad. I feel for you subs and having to weed through the messages.
I come here to connect with some friends and I still enjoy reading profiles. Occasionally I meet play partners here though in truth I find most of them at the actual munches and play events in the active community. A bit about me.
I am separated over two years and well into the final stages of a divorce but I am still a father to my kids and a support to me ex. That does leave me a tad divorce poor but I'd rather do the right thing by my kids that be one of "those" exes.

Almost a week of play evenings, it was wonderful and at the end so hard to let a little pet go home. My Rant for this week: Two of my pets were harmed or relived harm this week. While I did what I could for them there is a deep sadness at the failings of certain doms and some of my fellow men. Women are treasures appreciated and while I know there is pain exchanged in the context of bdsm it should always be consensual. That some do not recognize this saddens and angers me. Then there are those who just harm no context at all to even justify it. It gets to me but as I said to one of my lovely subs I would much rather hold my sub and support her than harm the failed dom/man. That said there remains that part of me that would like to see some non-consensual harm repaid to those perpetrators.

It's a nice place to be today. I find that I have found those that I wish to play with and concentrate my attentions. It's not to say that another could not grab my attentions but it is a nice place to be to have enough and to recognize that. I still always welcome friends, one can never have too many.
