Seeking Roommate to Share our Home!
One Roommate wanted to share living space with two others (one couple) in an apartment in downtown Toronto at Queen and Dufferin
The Basics?
-2 Bedroom apartment plus an Art Studio, fully furnished except for the room to be rented, total size of apartment is approx 800 square feet, and the room to be rented is approx 113.75 sq ft (12ft 5?? X 9ft 1??)
-Close amenities (24hr Transit Lines, Close to Exhibition GO Station, Grocery Stores, Parks, etc)
-Washers and Dryers in Apartment Building
-Outdoor Bike Parking and Underground Vehicle Parking available, also can bring bike into apartment if wanted
-Wheelchair Assessable
-Intercom and Key entry to Building
-Your rent: 500$/month utilities included, share on phone/internet bill if used (We currently don?t have cable and are hoping to keep it that way)
-Please give two weeks notice before move-in date
-Preferably first and lasts months rent to move in
You would be a great match if?
-Pays rent on time
-Preferably a non-smoker, but this is negotiable
-Not a dog owner, as two cats live with us
-GLBTQ friendly, BDSM friendly, anti-racist, environmentally conscious, etc
-Willing to share in household chores and maintenance, Responsible about cleaning up after yourself in common spaces
-Friendly and respectful yet chill with a sense of humour
-Enjoys a few of the same things we do (mentioned below)
A little bit about us?
-We both consider ourselves caring and creative individuals who simply try our best to enjoy life as much as we can
-She is a young adult who enjoys painting, sewing, dancing, vegetarian food, music (listening and playing), and staying active.
-He is an adult who enjoys drawing, horror films, special effects makeup, going to events and shows, food, and staying active.
-We both enjoy a wide range of music including Punk, Goth, Industrial, Swing/Big Band, and Psychobilly.
