About me
50 something, though not too much of a crusty!I live just outside central Manchesterlove the usual city-type pastimes - eating out, cinema, theatre, concerts, exhibitions, treating those who need it as worthless sluts.... you know the sort of thing )
But generally Id rather build you up rather than knock you down!
not hugely into violence - king is fine, but I draw the line at blood and permanent marking... love roleplay, scenes etc I have eccentric tastes in music, films and TV - but dont we all? ---------------- About you well ideally about my age (+- a decade I guess) you should be intelligent - well-educated is a plus, too - but a hunger for knowledge isthe main thing! ideally youd like city living (though I am ok with country jaunts!) it would be great if you liked eating out - and ideal if you liked a variety of foods (sushi etc.) You dont need to be able to cook - I am pretty good and enjoy it. A non-smoker would be preferred - unless you like standing on the terrace in all weathers with a ciggy ) if you like coffee and a croissant while watching the city come to life in the morning, even better - theres space for two! you should like being tied up and toyed withteased you might well find being humiliated exciting - especially as youd know that I would actually be respectful and supportive the rest of the time. Vanilla stuff - you should want a regular relationship when out and about. Public displays are a little gauche, after all. I would want to share everything with the right person - I dont understand those weekend only relationships! A love of live theatre, great music and cinema would be great, of course !

Right its April 2015 and time for an update :
1. Well I’ve moved out of the city centre proper (though still walking distance from it) and have a nice,
shiny new place to call home. Getting it straight is my current priority, and there’s no broadband yet
so I may be a little slow in responding for a while - but I’ll do my best!
2. Don’t laugh, but my next priority is to get my lardy arse into shape. I’m hurtling down the slippery slope to
50 so its about bloody time. Of course, this isn’t your problem per se but I thought I’d better mention
it in case you wonder why I decline that last jaffa cake (yeah, as IF!)
3. As previously mentioned on my profile, I have quite varied non-BDSM interests and I’m always happy to
chat about any/all from this (non-exhaustive) list : music (more towards the rock end of the spectrum, not massive on Jazz, possibly allergic to Rap) design (esp. industrial) , architecture (esp. Modernism/Brutalism) philosophy (esp. Eastern) history, archaeology (esp. Mycenaean & dynastic Egyptian) film, theatre (Pinter YES, Beckett NO) art (esp. modern and most sculpture) photography (Cartier-Bresson, Doisneau, Magnum, Newton and many more!) food (cooking, eating out, shopping, street food fairs etc.*) I’m fairly active (and enjoy) Social Media - to a point!
* But I can’t bake - flour and I have agreed to go our separate ways and ‘see other people’.
4. In BDSM terms, my main interest is in the D/s dynamic. I am not hugely into the infliction of pain unless it
is part of an agreed schedule of discipline/punishment. Much the same goes for humiliation - it’s OK as part of a scene, but I prefer a more nurturing and supportive environment generally. Draconian rulers are fine, though :)
5. Public play leaves me a little cold. I am ok with a little discrete outdoor fun but any overt public D/s behaviour is a little distasteful to me. We all need to remember that the general public might not understand….

I currently live in the city centre but am in the process of purchasing a townhouse just outside the centre as I want more room - so now might be a good time to start looking for someone!
