About Rumination
There is a poem by Rumi, oft qouted to the point of cliché:
Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I'll meet you there.
When the soul lies down in that grass,
the world is too full to talk about.
Ideas, language, even the phrase each other
doesn't make any sense.
If there is an essence to this “lifestyle” is that it transcends what it means to be partnered, what it means to be sexual, and what it means to be self.
The sub loses her self (if even momentarily in the grand arch of life) in the embrace of the Dom. The Dom loses his self to the moment of becoming both he and the sub’s conscience. It is a tremendous gift for a sub to allow a Dom that experience, and a good Dom must honor that gift.
I am an experienced Dom who cherishes intellectual and energetic subs. I have a gift for knowing what they want and helping them get there, but really, helping us both get there together.
