Are men finally getting put in their place?

We have lived in a society that for far too long has tolerated bad behavior of men towards women. It has been an old boys network in business, politics and in general life. Women have accepted or at least dealt with harassment and misconduct from men for a very long time. It is finally time that ladies are finally standing up and saying enough is enough. While it is true that Senator Al Franken's behavior is not the same as Roy Moore's, Harvey Weinstein's, Donald Trump's or even Ted Kennedy's, a clear message must be sent and yes the pendulum is swinging to the extreme that nothing absolutely nothing will be tolerated. The late Senator Ted Kennedy was never chastised for his behavior but his lechery has been well documented.

I am a liberal and have enjoyed Al Franken in the Senate, but he needs to go to make a zero tolerance policy. Although, i am sorry to see him go. Like him, all who act that way toward women must also be put in is place.

Maybe this is the first step in women being taken seriously. Maybe -- on a business front -- they will finally get an equal platform with men. On the social front they have always been on top. Have you ever heard the saying happy wife happy wife? Most men do what they can to make their partners happy, and treat with respect.

So is this the world turning? or just a flash in the pan? Or am i just in a dream world?
