Snow...there are many types...the fluffy stuff that blows around and looks pretty coming down and stopping after a decorative coating that makes things look good.  Theres the wet sticky stuff that gets plowed off the road picking up every bit of dirt and making huge piles in parking lots that one idiot manages to park too close to and you can't drive around.   There's snow coming down so thick you can't see with lightning flashing in it that can scare the living shit out of you as the winds howl outside your door.  We all know about the yellow snow phenomenon...avoid it at all costs.   But remember when you were a child and there was a simple joy when playing in the snow, sledding down a hill, and the most precious thing of all....the snow day...a whole day free from school to play and torment your parents.  Kharma is a bitch now though and takes revenge....so turn it around and find a board game and play with your kids on their snow day make it your time to shine.

Theres a place I like to find, to relax and unwind

I take it with me where I go, through the ice and the snow

When I can't get there, I"m a mean bear

And ready to punch someone unaware

Peace in that place within my soul, that helps to heal and make me whole

Only a few are invited inside, to the place where I can't hide

  The saying a broke clock is right twice a day...but really who uses a clock anymore thats not on the cell phone and aren't they mostly digital so when they break they just go dark and you can't see the time.  You can make the argument they reset to 12:00 but then they have the little dot that says am or pm and that only makes it right once a day.  And usually it starts keeping time again and is never right until you reset the time and its flashing over and over at you.
