4 submissive Kneeling positions:

Up, Down, Prone, & Present                                                                                                    

1. Up- on knees w/ rest of body up (in an L-shape)
2. Down- on knees w/ ass on heels, arms resting at side (arms could be in other position)
3. Prone- after down position, slide foward so that have nose to floor, arms outstretched in front, ass over thighs as much as possible
4. Present - kneeling up, knees shoulder width apart, chest out, hands (as Master wishes-preferably clasped behind back)

Starting in shorter increments, i must learn to hold these positions for up to 30 minutes each.  Must learn to transition smoothly between them.
