About RevAtArms
I exist to create, and to improve. Through my work, I improve myself...but it is my passion to improve others.
There is an interesting oppositional dichotomy of privacy in my life -- in many ways I am an intensely private person, I don't trust easily and I can be very harsh in my judgements...but at the same time, people fascinate me and like any good scholar I am always attempting to learn more about things that fascinate me. Which is not to say that my preferred role is that of the observer -- instead, let us say that interesting people tend to get the most out of me.
I tend to see beauty but highlight flaws through my actions and speech -- not a facet of myself that I am particularly pleased with, but an irritatingly slippery one that often surfaces when I'm feeling out of my element.
Things I like: Knives*, good leather, improvisation, expressive eyes, antiquities, the color green, shapely rumps, well-told stories, good craftsmanship, careful control, never giving up, family, sick belts, fly kicks, vidya gamez, mutually beneficial relationships, things you can pour your soul into.
Things I don't like: abusive dominants, lack of communication, losing, taking life too seriously, superficial people, suffering the journey to reach the end.
*Not in to cutting. Blood is best inside the body! That said, steel is sexy. |
