I have been going to the gym for about a month and a half now, Its a welcomed sight to so my self getting back into better shape.  I dont know how much wieght I lost so far but I had to put three new notches in my belt. I wear it on the second new notch but its allready getting a little loose. I think scales dont tell you the whole picture. Just got a pair of nike shocks. they are the best running shoe I have ever bought
