Taking the summer off. Been very busy. Cant complain in this economy. But, no time liesure of any sort, let alone logging on here.

I am seeking a dominant personal trainer weight loss counselor. Any gender, any .
I have two different weight loss bets going on. One is with my wife. The other is with some colleagues.
In the past I have combined weight loss dieting behavior modification with BDSM successfully.
This may come in the of an actual personal trainer who isBDSM aware. Or it could be intense BDSM training that would be part of a wieght loss program. For example, i have experience with pony training and cart pulling. Limited food variation served in a pet bowl on the floor is another technique that has been applied to me in the past. Whipping and other pain applicationduring exercise is another example.
Mostly Im interested in a little incentive and support. As a sub, I do not want to specify your techniques and am open to all suggestions.
