interested in meeting and getting to know both men and women who maintain a sustained interest in male/female power dynamics with a focus on some of the darker sides of human sexuality (which often involves facing ourselves more than any other). i am most interested in well-adjusted people who are willing to share their experience with me as I too, as many others, am on a journey of discovery and exploration which requires me to seek those who might challenge my perception and excite my imagiation. far from boring, the vanilla world offers to me a wonderful live-action case-study of what happens when people are not honest about their nature, their desires, etc.
i am 42, single/divorced, white male, no tattoos or much body hair and no active piercings. live at the beach year-round and am taking a break from the manhattan professional 'pressure-cooker'. as they say, 'you only live once' and i am motivated' here to make the most of what i have today, with an optimistic view of tomorrow. i am quite dominant in some aspects of life. although i list myself on this site as 'switch', if pressed, i'd have to say i will eventually end up with an older female with a dominant streak. to outward appearances, this could mean i am the 'dom' and she is the 'sub', or it may just as easily mean she is the 'Domme' and i play the 'sub'. any way things may eventually appear to others, i think the most important thing is to get a relationship right internally, then worry about the labels other use.

was just finishing up some work in the kitchen. cleaning up, waiting for oven, packing some other things away and i discovered something. i think saran wrap has much to teach about chastity .... the particular roll of plastic wrap in use was almost done, but i could - with effort and care - tease out an additional three sets of useful wrap. ( pause ) ... hmmm .... all things being relative, and resources being scarce, i still "get it" more that i ever did ... and all this from some cheap plastic wrap.
