The other night I was hanging out with my girlfriend and puppy when an amazing event transpired. We were play fighting and she was hitting my leg. One time she hit me and I said “ouch ”! My 7 pound puppy jumped up, sat on my leg where she was hitting me and growled at her, bearing his tiny teeth. It was an amazing sight. This little puppy, who can easily be tossed like a small sack of potatoes stood there, protecting me with no fear. I think this is the deepest, purest form of dominance I have witnessed. It is easy for a 170 lb man to beat the shit out of his 120 lb girlfriend and call himself a dom, but does that make him dominant? Would that same man stand between his woman and a gun, most likely not. Therefore I find most of the people on here to be posers and cowards!! Due to my varied life experiences, I have a different view on relationships love, and gender roles than most. I believe like a lion and his pride, a true dominant male may have access to whatever woman he pleases, but of course he must be able to provide protection, comfort, and have firm control of his environment.
