I guess my ideal person is looking for a long term relationship with a heavy leaning towards a reverse TIH or 50's lifestyle with some goddess worship mixed in, and yet doesnt want a complete doormat as a companion. God knows over the years I have proven many times I do not have the best judgement and would be well advised to let someone else control most aspects of my life. And quite frankly, I'm tired of making bad decisions and I guess making decisions in general. The degree of control is certainly up to her but cant think of much I wouldnt be willing to cede to her. Or anything that she would want done for, to or with her. While she may be willing to hear my opinion or feelings about something, ultimately the decision is hers.
THAT being said, I'm describing my ideal person, right?
Obviously there is more than just taking directions from her. For me to imply that would be an obvious lie. There's the role reversal, "power exchange" aspect of it and the enjoyment, satisfaction and stimulation/arousal each person takes in their role.
I do seem to "enjoy" a certain amount of embarrassment and humiliation. I'm also from the time men were expected to have certain roles including being the alpha in a relationship. As such, public displays of dominance are very humiliating to me and yet arousing. Ideally she would enjoy that as well. To what level is obviously up to her, but I pretty much get the same feeling when I order a cheeseburger at the restaurant, she tells the waitress "no he'll have the chicken" or if she wears a little key around her neck with a t shirt that says "he belongs to me". Up to her if she wants to come across as a little controlling or obvious to all who "wears the pants" and what level she gets the most enjoyment, satisfaction or desired effect. The humiliation is pretty much the same for me.
At home, the she would enjoy various types of power displays.
My interests are my interests. My hard limits are my hard limits. I wouldnt necessarily expect her to be interested in my interests, but I would expect my hard limits to be hers as well. I would need to be willing to indulge in all of her interests although would like to think if there is something I truly dislike there would be room for discussion. |
