I value a good sense of humor and the joy of laughter above almost all else. If you can't laugh, I figure you are mostly dead inside.
I can be very strict. Not cruelly so, but I have my expectations and I hold people to them. On the plus side, I don't hold people to any ideal that I don't myself attempt to uphold.
