Wow, I just realized that the info here was over 5 years old. time for an update.
What I am...I generally describe myself as a reluctant type-A personality. If the person in charge is someone I trust and I perceive them as competent (or concerned about competency and willing to learn), I'll gladly hand over control. If not, I'll reluctantly take over. I do NOT WANT to be the one in charge. On-line I identify as a switch, but I am more likely along the lines of a very alpha sub/bottom.? As an old friend and former co-worker described me "lousy leader, but damn good second-in-command."
I'm looking for friends only at this time as I hardly have time for my existing relationships.
I am polyamorous.? I currently have three romantic attachments both vanilla and kinky. If you have any questions regarding this, either he or I are happy to talk about it.
My tastes in just about everything could be described as eclectic.? I believe that vaiety is the spice of life and the wider range that variety encomasses the spicier things get.? Hunter S. Thompson to Flannery O'Connor, O'Keef to Maplethorpe, corn dogs to haute cuisine, vanilla to hard-core...if it looks interesting, chances are I'll try it/taste it/do it/watch it/read it/experience it at least once.
I am a voracious reader.? If I'm alone, chances are I've got a book in my hand.? I read a lot of science fiction and fantasy as well as non-fiction (history, true crimes, biology/epidemiology, psychology, etc.).
I love movies.? I am rather particular about what movies I'll say that I "like", but I'll watch just about anything.
Dark sense of humor...I found Thank You for Smoking to be one of the funniest movies I've seen in a long time.? Episodic comedy tastes tend to run more along the lines of Monty Python, Robot Chicken and Are You Being Served?? The Simpsons have had their humorous moments as well.
I have a strong sense of ethics and can be brutally honest.? I prefer to be around others who are similar in that.? Sugar-coating or avoiding telling me things that aren't pleasant to hear just undermines trust in the long run.
