i just figured out how to use the "view full profile" tab - that you have to scroll all the way down to get to the full profile! very exciting. and i added some of my interests - didn't know that function existed. guess i'm not spending enough time on this site!

i've been exploring this site for a few weeks now and have been learning a tremendous amount. about bdsm in general and about my own bdsm desires. i think i can say that i'm not into the domme / sub thing (no offense to anyone, but the way some dommes, men and women, do the macho tough talk is uninteresting to me), but i am very interested in domination and submission. does that make any sense? i am drawn to the consenual experience of physical pain. both inflicting pain and experiencing it. i am also extremely interested in humiliation, again both experiencing it myself and causing someone else to feel humiliated. there is a lot more to say about the psychological side of my interest in bdsm (and many here have written very articulately about it.) on the purely physical side, i love cbt and i'm extremely anal erotic (mine and yours). but even the pleasure i take in those things has a huge psychological dimension. i guess i'm going to have to give all of this more thought.
