About ParagonD
What to write on a profile that’s been re-written at least 10 times thus
far ?
I also have a profile on Alt for anyone who's on there, where I blog prolifically and also have pictures displayed.
I think it’s nearly impossible to give
anything other than a brief flavour through the profiles, and needs at
least a few conversations to establish if there’s enough common ground
to warrant taking things further.
Anyway, a
brief breakdown of me below:
What ‘label’ do I choose ? Dom –
18 years on and off in the scene. Though I find labels a little
restrictive – as an initial introduction they’re fine, but I think the
longer we’re in the scene, the less meaning they have. (You’ll have to
ask for an explanation of that one )
What am I looking for ? A woman.
Seriously though, a woman first and foremost – I think it’s important to
never forget that behind every sub label is a woman, obvious really,
but I’m looking for a deeper connection than just Dom and sub.
Someone
who I can easily converse with, someone who’ll also become a friend,
and someone open to the possibility of something longer term developing –
no pressures from me, but I’m looking for more than casual meets.
What
type of woman am I looking for ? Someone adventurous, someone who’ll
question without blind obedience – not a doormat.
She’ll also be
single and unattached – sorry for anyone married or looking to explore
the D/s roles while attached – one of my hard limits is never to go
behind someone elses back.
Hmmmm. Reading back, it still looks
too brief to me. Then again, I could fill the profile with a host of D/s
cliches – but I’d rather not insult the intelligence of anyone looking.
We’re
obviously looking for some aspects of BDSM, and whether we match in
that regard won’t be decided by a few lines of text.
Personality
traits: I can be stubborn, feisty and opinionated – much like many
others in the scene. I also expect 100% honesty from anyone I interract
with – I’ll always be as honest as I can with anyone, and expect no less
from anyone else.
Can I accommodate ? In time possibly. I have
some unusual circumstances at the moment……………and before you think it, no
I’m not married or attached myself lol.

You may have realised that I don’t attach too
much significance to the profile, as I believe mutual compatibility can
only be decided by interracting with others – until then, the profiles
only give the vaguest indication, and could well be false.
