I've met a few interesting individuals through here so far, a few which have really piqued my interest. However, I find myself growing impatient with many of the petulant "subs," I've encountered.
If you only have one profile pic, it's going to throw up red flags. If all your photos of you in the same place with the same outfit, it's going to throw up red flags. If you freely give out your Yahoo, MSN, or Skype ID, then become defensive and wax eloquent about privacy when someone asks to see additional photos, your webcam, or hear your voice through mic- that's going to throw up red flags. If you can't exchange a half-dozen emails without it devolving into fantasy scenarios, if you can't string together complete, grammatically correct sentences, in a nutshell- if you cannot behave like an adult, it throws up a red flag.
People are not as stupid as you think they are. It's not tough to figure out who's genuine and who isn't. If you feel my standards are unrealistic, move along. If you feel my suspicions aren't valid, don't bother continuing the conversation. If you're unwilling to play on my terms, I'm not interested. |
