UPDATE 2/12/2011,

Hi Everyone,

It is a problem for me to know where to start ,so i am going back to the start of 2011, the start of the year ,started with me having to face an enforced move of home due to re-development,this was something i was not looking forward to as i was quite happy to stay where i was , and an area i had lived for many years

 with friends near by ,The next thing to happen my ex wife died of cancer which came as a real shock, Then afer only a few weeks  had gone by i was told my best friend had died of a heart attack on the football field whilst playing a game, if all of this was not enough , I then had the biggest shock of all as i was told i also had cancer and also kidney failure,

i have since gone through HELL and back again,I have had six months of chemo theropy, Hundreds of blood tests ,so i now feel like a pin cushsion,and also six months of dialysis to clean up my blood.

BUT NOW FOR THE GOOD NEWS ,i AM BACK AGAIN A NEW MAN,  My hair is growing back again having lost the lot due to the chemo, and i am now getting back to my normal good health.It has forced me to re think my whole life over again,And I still belive we all have but one life to lead,and i intend to live mine to the limits, as you never know when our lives will end, I feel so lucky to have  MY LIFE BACK AGAIN, so I intend to make the best use of what ever life I have left.
