Ok so a few important lessons that I have learnt and wanted to share are as follows.
1. If someone refuses to send a personalized picture to verify themselves then they are most likely a fake so try to get this ASAP to avoid wasting your time.
2. If someone refuses to send a personalized picture to verify themselves but sends loads of naked pictures of 'themselves' without you even asking for anything like that. Then this person is not only fake but also someone who is trying to get you to commit 'Revenge Porn' by saying that they have an 'Exposure' fetish. The pictures are most likely not them, rather they are of their previous victim. Revenge Porn is a criminal offense under UK law and is punishable by up to 2 years in prison.
3. If something seems like it is too good to be true, it often is. Always trust your instincts and if you know that they have been online but they say they haven't even though read receipts and activity logs clearly show otherwise don't fall for their BS no matter how tempting it is.
4. Serial Chatters. Not to be confused with serial k*#*ers. These nutters chat with no intention of ever meeting. They will just lead you on then act like a child and block you for no reason.
