Just here for the forums.

OMG! The UFC fight was off the hook!

M decided to go out with the guys tonight. (he deserves a break because he's been doing so much to the house)

What does that mean for me? I get Chinese Food (M hates it) and a nice bourbon on the rocks.

Then horse shopping and the home show tomorrow. I swear, it seems like this house is never ending and we're only 1/3 of the way done.

Received in an email: "wnana be hypntised?"

Yeah, seems entirely trustworthy...

Guys if you want to know why women on this site get hostile - go talk to the idiots that send messages like this one:

"you look like you can suck some dick baby

I mean Niggger dick"
Stay classy San Diego
Ohhh...that floaty feeling.....
I seriously need a vacation. I've only taken two days off so far this year. I'm just trying to figure out where to go.
After 17 years, it's still awesome.

We had an interesting conversation today. A second party breached a contract with me, not once but twice. After the first event, I was promised that it was an accident and wouldn't happen again. Then it happened again. And once again, I was assured that it won't happen again. At this point, that promise holds no weight. I found it funny that the second party thought I should be satisfied with that answer and balked when I said that I wanted culpability. In the end they agreed to a penalty for violating the contract, while still trying to convince me that they were on my side, so it shouldn't be necessary.

So, the topic of conversation was how many free passes do we get? Especially, in a situation where keeping me happy is extremely beneficial to them and I can get my needs met elsewhere?

(And no, this isn't about what you think it is)

The best comment today: I was calling Norwegian Cruise Lines to verify that one of special cruise rates was available for a customer.

NCL Agent: The lowest rate$79.00

Me: I know, right?

NCL Agent: Wow...that's cheaper than staying home....

A piece of wisdom which applies to the spam filter at CM, but also life in general: Just because it isn't working the way YOU want it to, doesn't mean it isn't working the way it's supposed to.

Slacktivism - One of those feel-good internet campaigns that doesn't actually help anybody or have political impact. It's your way of pretending to care while sitting on your butt in front of a computer playing WoW.

BMW Convertible - $35,000

Brown Eyed Girl on the iPod - $.99

Sunblock - $5

Cruising around San Diego with the top down when it's 75 and sunny - Priceless

I can see things on the horizon and I am so damned impatient for them to get here.

They are like cookie drug dealers. They are EVERYWHERE for a month. They are at the grocery store pushing their product when you go in and out. They show up at your door batting their adorable little eyes and pushing even more cookies on you. They get you hooked…and then they disappear for a year. It’s incredibly wrong and totally unfair!

There are times when I read a profile, that I wish they could actually experience what they're looking for....and realize what it really is. It would be something like this:

Day 1: Woohoo! I found someone that wants to keep me caged 24/7 and just be taken out for sex. I'm so excited that it's making me insanely horny!

Day 2: I slept in my cage last night and have spent most of the day in here. I was out for a little bit to perform oral sex, but didn't get to have an orgasm. But, that's okay cuz I'm still really excited.

Day 3: I'm still in the cage. My knees and back are really starting to hurt and the bucket that I go to the bathroom in is starting to really stink. I was let out to perform oral sex again, but I didn't get anything. I'm kind of disappointed.

Day 4: I'm cold, sore, and the bathroom smell is making me sick. Plus all I do is give that asshole oral sex and not once have I had an orgasm.

Day 5: This sucks. I want out.

I'm on my way to owning my second business. I'm so excited.

I've been working on our earthquake/wildfire/Zombie apocalypse stash. If disaster hit right now, could you survive without electricity and running water for 3 days?

I'm looking forward to an amazing New Year.

There are times when I get so caught up in day to day life that I forget that I have so much to be thankful for.

If you want to know what a man's like, take a good look at how he treats his inferiors, not his equals.

BDSM = bondage/discipline/Sado-Masochism.

You can engage in D/s and never engage in BDSM. You can engage in BDSM and never engage in D/s.

I have been given an Uzi Israeli Weapons Co. tactical pen and it has a handcuff key hidden inside. I love it!

Submission is easy when it's things you like or want to do. Real submission happens when you get to the things you don't like or don't want to do.

I've just been informed that spankings cure exhaustion.......

Wow, that was one heck of a Monday!

All mellow tonight. Hanging out and drinking lemon wine. It feels good.

And this is why TinEye should be your friend:

I'm thinking Fiji........

There's something to be said for old friends.....

O villain, villain, smiling, damned villain!
My tables,--meet it is I set it down,
That one may smile, and smile, and be a villain;

11 years!

The Accelerated Velocity of Terminological Inexactitude.

Yeah! The first batch of wine is fermenting! I'm already planning the second batch.

What a great weekend. The bamboo floor for the living room has been purchased. Went to the cabinet place, changed the layout and it's going to be a wonderful kitchen. Attended a beginning wine making class and bought some equipment. Came home and watched the race. Spent yesterday lazing around and just relaxing.

“There is a cult of ignorance in the United States, and there has always been. The strain of anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that "my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.”  ~ Isaac Asimov

Martinis and motorcycles. What a fun night.

I have been informed that, "yellow, dammit!" is not a safeword.

I have discovered that if a man can fix just adds to his sexiness.

Had a great date night last night, sitting on the curb in the village having dinner from the San Diego food trucks followed by a movie and martinis.

Bored out of my ever loving mind......

When I give a gift, I do so expecting nothing in return except a 'thank you". So, how can submission be a gift, if you'll only give it with set of conditions and expectations? Lets' face it, if you presented that "Gift of submission" and all he did was say "thank you" and put it in the closet, you'd be pissed. Does that "Gift of Submission" come with a gift receipt, so he can exchange it or return it if he doesn't like it?

My submission isn't a gift, it's an exchange of power.

The word is "dominant". It's an adjective. It's used to describe a person, place or thing. Dominate is a verb. You cannot be a verb.
San Francisco was fantastic. I will say that the hotels we use totally spoiled me with champagne, wine, chocolate and a view of the Bay Bridge while laying in bed.

I found the Ferry Building Farmer's Market to be wonderful. Had a great breakfast sitting on the pier. And I was amazed at the recycling system. They are light years ahead of San Diego.

The city was dressed up for Christmas and we encountered chorals, string ensembles, and even a skating rink. We did wine tastings, watched some fools swimming in the bay and took the cable cars to Union Square.

The side note is that I loved the Art Deco street cars that run along the Embarcadero.
I'm looking forward to the next visit (and hope it will be warmer).
Counting down...Thanksgiving in three days, San Francisco Dec 8th, then again Dec 18th..then Christmas. I'm so unorganized.
How did it get to be the weekend before Thanksgiving already? I haven't shopped for our dinner. I have two trips to San Francisco and then Christmas and New Years. Yowch! Remember when, as kids, it took forever for Christmas to come? Now, it's like a speeding freight train coming at me.
Well, at least I now know what the transition I was feeling is... I'm being promoted. I assume my new position on December 19th. It should be interesting, as the person that currently has the position is onsite at the client company. I'll be handling it remotely. But, it will require travel to San Francisco to visit the client. I'm looking forward to the new position, but it will require breaking in those new shoes.
Have you ever felt your life transitioning? I the transition period feels like wearing someone else's shoes. But, you can see where that transition ends and you're so impatient to be there that you try to run in those shoes, no matter how akward you feel?
Yesterday...I had 6 inches cut off of my hair. Woot! It feels SO good.
Domineering –adjective -
inclined to rule arbitrarily or despotically; overbearing; tyrannical: domineering parents.  -

1. ruling, governing, or controlling; having or exerting authority or influence: dominant in the chain of command.
2. occupying or being in a commanding or elevated position.  -

Dominance comes from a position of self-confidence. Being domineering is born from insecurity. Some people seem to think that to be a "D" type, you need to be self-centered, demanding, rude and a bully. And while some "s" types may shudder with enthusiam thinking that the domineering type is hardcore, don't be suprised when someone calls you on it.
So, yesterday, I received an email from a "Dom" saying that he was starting a new group in our area. The group would be for professional, sucessful...not nearly homeless people. He went on to say that any of our guests would have to submit to being screened.

He closed the email by instructing me to forward the email to my friends, if I wasn't long as they weren't nearly homeless, either.

I have no issues with a group formed with the ideal of engaging in activities that require disposable income. What I found offensive was his tone. Not to mention that while he solicitied me to join....he never once typed the words "please" or "thank you".

When I responded that his email came across as condescending and pedantic; his response was that he was obviously better educated and better financially than I am.

I found this funny because this man doesn't know me. He has no idea what my education level is or what I do for a living.

He closed the email by saying: "We are much much better than those that need food stamps to eat dinner tonight.. :) "

Wow...nice see that bigotry is alive and well. How arrogant to mock the less fortunate. I wonder if he makes fun of the disabled too?

What I found funny is that in his brain, the only possible reason for declining to join would be that I was uneducated and poor. He completely missed the fact that I declined because I found his attitude offensive.

So, needless to say, I won't be forwarding his first email onto my friends. But, I'll certainly be forwarding his second email to my friends. Even if he didn't say, "please".
I hate when real life gets in the way of fun.

Things are just so freakin' hectic right now. The house is half packed, which upsets my sense of balance. My nights and weekends are spent preparing for the move. Deciding what stays and what goes. How did so much stuff accumulate?

I've finally made the decision to get a different car, which is weird to me because I've had my "Baby" for 11 years now. I love that car. It's just reached a point where I want comfort and fun. Now, it just comes down to logistics.

I seriously just can't wait until the move is over, when I can sit, drink a couple of Lemon Drop martinis, be sloppily lustful and get a good beating.
I'm going to be in the Boston area for business June 3 - 8. So, if you're a female submissive and would like to get together for a drink, please contact me!
