I guess I should put more here. First you should know that I go from very physically active to queen of nap time very quickly.
During my almost non-existent free time I am training for another marathon. It's been a few years since my last one due to chronic bronchitis, a knee injury, and developing asthma in my late 20s. Got it all sorted for now and I'm back hitting the trails. My long runs are my weekly adventures and they keep me happy.
I began weight lifting in 2016 and have found it's way more fun than I ever thought it could be. When I first started I could barely squat with just the bar, now I'm up to 115 lbs. Current goals are: squat 135 lbs, pistol squats without a box, and the beloved deadlift.
Despite all the exercise, I'm still a chunky girl cause I love food more than life itself. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I have a horse and he is the best worst pony a girl could ask for. He keeps me on my toes and regularly offers humble pie. (Mmmm pie)
My favourite movies are Labyrinth, Legend, The Last Unicorn, The Dark Crystal, The Nightmare Before Christmas, 28 Days Later, and The House Bunny
Favourite music includes Oingo Boingo, Savage Garden, Darren Hayes, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Rachmaninoff, David Bowie, Siouxie and the Banshees, Joni Mitchell
My favourite TV show is Bob's Burgers and I can be heard quoting it often.
I laugh a lot, it is a loud and obnoxious laugh. I'm batshit crazy and a wild ride, but if you can hang on you might have some fun. |
