I am hating this Summer, way to hot for me. I am still working on motivation, wish there was a pill I could take. I am not a patient person, I guess something else I should work on. The depression is gone or hiding. Just finished a week with my granddaughter, I wish she could have stayed longer but time for her to get ready for school starting back up. She will be 13 in October and has grown into a beautiful young woman, I don't like the short shorts she wears. I hope everyone is having a wonderful Summer. Love to all |

It is April already and Spring is trying to make a comeback. Not much has been happening in my life. Still dealing with depression and the loss of my mom. I'm ready to move but can't get motivated to pack my stuff up and find my new home. I guess I still don't know what I want to do when I grow up. I do know I need a purpose in life, but what is that. |

It is hard to believe that there are only 3 days until 2017. I am so happy to see 2016 come to an end. I guess we say that every New Year because we believe with the New Year will come positive change for us and the world. I was going through some old photos tonight - it brought back a lot of happy memories. Boy, have things changed over the years. No matter how many bumps in the road I have had - I can honestly say that there is only one thing I would have changed - not being the real me all along. |

I can't believe I have been away from this site for several months - I always enjoyed reading profiles and having conversations with members. Summer is here and I have not made any plans. It would be nice if I could get out and enjoy the things that made me happy. I did go out to dinner with my mom, sister, and niece Sunday in honor of Father's Day - miss my dad lots and it never gets better. I wish someone could explain to me why God gives us the ability to love only to break our hearts so many times. I woke up in a good mood and still have a smile on my face. I received an eye opener today. I don't usually give my cell number out to strangers I meet on-line - but today I did and boy was I floored. I was told I was the most negative person he had ever spoken to. I guess he is correct. I use to be the most optimistic person - no matter what happened I always saw the good in life - I always had a smile on my face - I tried harder - I always thought of the other person before me - but - I guess after years of my heart being hurt I just don't care any longer - I don't try or give a damn - I have given up and that is the saddest thing of all. |

This is one of my favorite months - October - the weather begins to cool down - the leaves change color - and there is Halloween. I find myself battling my past, demons, and depression. Why does life have to be more difficult than it should. Why can't my surroundings be filled with peace and harmony. Why is my tolerance non existent. Why, why, why, why - some day all of my whys will be answered. |

Almost ready for Easter - the nut rolls arrived on Monday, my mom and I went to Ostrowski's yesterday to get the Kielbasa, the spiral cut honey ham will be here tomorrow, just have to cook and die the eggs, and start cooking on Saturday. I love all the Holiday's and they each offer something very special to me. It is great that Easter is late this year so we have warmer weather and everything is coming back to life beautifully blooming. I hope you all have family traditions to share for this Holiday and enjoy your Passover Seder or Easter dinner with your family and friends. |

My third child is out of the Army - thank you God!! He is flying in to BWI from HI - arriving at 3:15 p.m. - my son gave them 10 years and I am so happy he is out - the Army is run by a bunch of stupid, don't know how to lead, butt wipes. Please, if you have a child that wants to serve their Country - have them go in any branch of the Service but the Army. I am so excited he is coming home. Two of my son's served in the military and I am so happy they are out and safe. God bless all of our military personnel and please pray for them - it isn't easy for them or their family's. |

What happened to being honorable, loyal, and trustworthy? How does one expect to find the ONE when they do not have or care to have these qualities. We all want to be respected. I'm sure the liars don't like to be on the receiving end of a lie or deception. We all want to believe in what a person tells us. Life is too short for all this BS - the only way it will stop if we all begin to treat each other as we want to be treated and before you judge someone walk in their shoes for 24 hours. It is hard to believe it is March 9, 2014 and we have to change our time - why can't Maryland just stay on standard time like Hawaii and Indianapolis and any other state that does. No matter what - you are going to go to work or school in the dark or come home from work or school in the dark - how does one go about getting a petition going to present to the State Assembly - we need to get some changes made - this is a bunch of BS and has been going on for too many years. |

I am on my new computer and love it - see - I can choose pink ink again. It is only January 2 and life is looking great!!! I hope you are all doing well and stocked up on milk, toilet paper, and bread for the snow that is coming - I really hope my area is getting snow this time or I am going to send an email to the weather man. One of the items on my Christmas list really needs to be bought - my four month old puppy decided while I was taking a shower New Year's Eve to chew on my cell phone - he chewed the battery cover up and chewed on my screen so things are not clear - but - it I can still make and receive calls and texts. Well I had the worst fucking Christmas in my 59 years. I have 8 grandchildren - not one called to say hello or Merry Christmas. I have 4 adult children and not one of them could have Christmas dinner with me. So, I am never going to let any one have the opportunity of letting me down. This fucking computer won't even let me choose a color - funny I ordered a new computer for myself for Christmas - suppose to be here January 2, 2014 - but I'm hoping I won't be around to get it. Just burn me and flush my ashes. |

I just wanted to let anyone living in Maryland know that the DMV does not send out renewal notice for your tags getting ready to expire. I was told yesterday at DMV it was a curtesy they no longer provide to save money - so make sure you know when your tags expire - you can renew them on-line but what about the people who don't use a computer to do personal business - does our Government think this is really a good thing not to do any longer.
Boy am I angry - people just keep making me see red and not in a good way.

Women need to pay more attention to their Dad's that fix things around the house - and Dad's should encourage their daughter's to learn how to do things around the house - like getting the lawn mower ready for a new cutting season. I learned today that you should not put gasoline in a lawn mower that has been sitting in the can for months - it gunks up the carburetor. Paid someone to cut the grass today and will pay someone to get lawn mower running and tuned up. Why do we learn lessons the hard way - can't things be easy and simple? |

Today is so beautiful - all the trees are coming back to life and so am I. I began to read The Ultimate Happiness Prescription by Deepak Chopra - I have read some of his books in the past and find them to be very good - he has written over 50 books - I guess my Spring and Summer will be filled with reading and finding the old Lois - the happy Lois - I read it is all in the power of the mind.
