You know when you are following your inner compass and everything just feels right? It doesn't make for no obstacles, but it does make the obstacles seemingly easier to negotiate. Since I have fully accepted who that I am a submissive male in my love relationships it just seems to have brought a great deal of harmony to my life in general. In retrospect, as probably everyone believes, you are the composite of all your experiences and relationships, successes and failures, trials and tribulations, and that amalgamation of life experiences is what ultimately brings you to this exact moment in time. It feels pretty good to me.

I love talking but enjoy listening to others even more. The exchange of ideas from the mundane to the profound are always welcome. I like music very, very much and spend alot of time listening, playing and writing music. You'd think I was talented, but admittedly I am not. That doesn't in any way detract from the absolute joy of participating, listening, and working. It is the journey more so that the destination.

Perhaps the dialogue and idea possibilities suddenly open to me when I became enlightened via FLR (not in the least suggesting that normal men cannot be enlightened nor that FLR is the only way to do so) was one of the things I found most intellectually exciting. To be emotionally available and emotionally communicative was inside of me aching for an audience of one who understood that there was the makings for tremendous strength in what was otherwise viewed as weakness by the world.

Imagine showing up at work and admitting that a piece of music made you weep, something you read long ago continues to rejuvenate and sustain you!!! Society regrettably teaches men not to express ourselves. That willingness to express feelings or emotional vulnerabilities for me only became possible when I met the right person who loved me enough for me to willingly ask for her authority over me and for her to love me enough to invest in me, confront me with right questions, and discipline me when it was needed, and maybe most importantly asked me to explain why what was about to happen was about to happen to me.
