You will be required to complete two additional forms of paperwork. The first being a “Slave Application” and the second a “Commitment Letter”. What are your likes/dislikes, desires, what you seek clearly defined? What is your occupation & skill sets you bring to the table, are you currently employed? What is current health status, any disabilities, any conditions? What is your current financial status? Do you have children, pets, and other modifiers? Are you escaping a bad situation? When/if you respond by email, you will then be asked additional questions including those of an extreme sexual nature, as sex/fetish compatibility is an important part of any of my relationships.
