I have many years of experience dominating subs/slaves over the phone and online.
If you're wondering how it works, and it can work--I'll start with the latter first--yes! I treat it as a real Master/slave experience, and expect the same in return. The fewer limits, the better the slave you'll make. I am married, and that makes this is the best way to do it. But, if I connected with a sub/slave locally, a RT situation is certainly worth exploring. The slave/sub would be expected to do as ordered, whether just with me, with other guys or with a girl, to please me.
This will work for many, especially those mental and verbal domination and degradation and humiliation. The controlling is sexual in nature, but not exclusively. You would also be required, as part of the "real" M/s relationship, to gain permission for sleep, etc. and what to wear.
Ultimately, I would seek a slave to collared down the road. I have had my slaves set up to be controlled by local Doms for my enjoyment, while I'm on the phone. This is definitely not a "phone sex" relationship. This is mental domination to the highest level.
Additionally, while I am open to training any level of experienced sub/slaves, those new ones might find an extra appeal. Also, if you are married, living with someone, like me, you might find this as a best option for you.
