so back in february at the fetish fair i bought a new corset (is AWESOME, i also wore it to a sci-fi/fantasy convention where i got two meet my favorite author, i was dressed up in sort of a medisort of a chainmail bra but more meant to be worn over something not under) ... anyway now i'm kind of wishing i'd saved the money and gotten a memory foam mattress, or atleast a decent mattress topper..... ah well guess i'll have to try to save up again..... |

so my birthdy is coming up again soon... i'm planning on going to a BIG once a year event next weekend (february 10th-13th) that i dont get a chance to go to most years and well it'd be REALLY nice if i actually had some spending money while there... as is i'm having to split a room with like 8 people to be able to afford to go at all.. |

Ok... if anyone wants to get me any sort of gift off of my wish list please let me know first as right now the thing i am wanting MOST is furniture or a Dyson vacuum and since i am currently splitting time between two apartments i'll need to know to be at the new one if/when either of those is delivered... If you cant afford to buy me one of those then i'd appreciate it if you'd get me an amazon gift certificate for whatever you CAN afford instead of other items so that it can be put towards furniture or a vacuum ... (my old apartment is a furnished apartment so i dont have a bed or much furniture of my own at this point which is why the highest things on my wish list for my new apartment are convertible couches which convert into beds and can be used as both so that i can have something both to sit on and to sleep on in my new apartment. OK so for over a year i've been waiting to get into a new apartment (one of my own that i dont have to share a bathroom with the really prudish old lady that i have for a roommate where i am living now), and i just got a call today from the local housing authority that an apartment JUST opened up for me today, i've been at the top of the waiting list for 2 months, and that the person hadnt given any notice but went in today and turned over their keys and said they'd moved... Well... Usually there is atleast 30 days notice given and i'd been planning on that part so that i could have that 30 days to round up the money needed to pay for the first months rent and security deposit, unfortunately i already paid my bills for the month for where i am living now and the other appartment that just opened up they said i have till monday to have the money and get paperwork signed or else they will give it to the next person down on the waiting list and just skip me... i'm short by about $230 and if i dont have it by monday at the latest they are going to give the apartment to someone else :( , I REALLY need to get into a different appartment though because i cant have the surgery to fix the damaged disc in my spine untill i've moved, because where i am living now if i needed to have someone over to help me out after the surgery i wouldnt be allowed to... so anyway, If anyone on here would like to help me out my paypal account is gypsyowl_donna_niteflirt@yahoo.com DO NOT try sending emails to that email address because i dont check it, but that is the account to send the money to on paypal... please send it marked as a "gift" . OMG ... so two big things today, i got the most AWESOME present off my wish list as of yet... Someone was nice enough to get me the Cat Genie that i had on there which means once i get a chance to get it set up i'll never have to scoop or change a dirty litter box again but still have all the pleasant parts of having my two cats! That is officially the most thoughtful gift i think i've ever been surprised with, the ONLY things on my wish list that could top that would have been a nice new mattress or a new decent computer (as opposed to the dinky netbook i've been using since my laptop died almost 2 months ago. and when i looked at my wish list it turns out someone also got me a pair of winter boots i had on there... which is awesome too though those havent arrived yet.
second big thing today? well its a sad one ... i found out that an author, who's books i've loved since i was in middle school , died. The author? Anne McCaffrey, though it was nice to see that TWO of my remaining favorite authors wrote posts today about it and paid tribute to her passing by talking about how her books affected them and their writing.

Yipee... so hopefully i'm gonna be getting a new apartment middle of next month.... only problem? right now i'm living in an apartment that came fully furnished and that the furnishings have to stay here when i move out... lol.. (obviously since they are not really MINE) ... and well when i move into my new place its gonna be unfurnished... so fun fun i'm gonna be stuck living in an apartment without any furniture for a little while since my savings is all gonna go into the security deposit.. oh well.. i'll survive..

ok i am SO sick of men who do not seem to know how to be specific or know how to actually TALK about things or to initiate conversation. AND i am sick of guys who dont seem to understand that the list of LIKES and LOVES and LIVES FOR on the left side of a profile is there for a REASON .... its there to be able to give them some information about ME and to be able to actually know what to talk about when messaging me and lets them know a bit about me. same as the writen.? i'm so sick of guys that are like i like well you are into some interesting STUFF... and i'm like ok be more specific (and they have talked about maybe like 3 or 4 things that i talked about in my profile..) and they are like what do you mean be more specific i already talked to you in detail about just about everything on your proflile... and its like UMM NO YOU DIDNT... there are like almost 60 other things i'm into listed on the left of the profile that you didnt mention? so if i'm asking for clarification on what you mean by "stuff"?? ... well stuff could mean any of those? like 60 things in just the likes, loves and lives for catagories... and that doesnt count the ones in the curious about catagory.

oh ummm incase anyone hasnt figured this out by some of my interests..... i'm kind of a geek in some ways....? just figured i'd announce it.. lol..... ? ? and yes every week i make sure to catch online the new episode of the newest stargate series that just started (and i dont even? have a TV) oh and i've watched every single episode of buffy the vampire slayer in order.... lol.. i did it? a couple years ago one summer.... all 7 seasons. ?? i've also done the same so far with criminal minds. every episode. up to date. in order.? though not at the times they aired. ? lol. same with a few other shows... ? ?? lol...? and i love to learn... the last book i read was about xenotransplantation research. ? i like fun stuff but i also like things that make you think some times.... and i love learning.
