18th June 2018( I put the year in because it might take that long to elicit a response!)...Update.... Despite creating my profile over a week ago for whatever reason it has not been verified. I have sent a message twice to the Support Team to ask if there is a problem but absolutely no response.....am very disappointed....I apologise to those who have messaged me but I am unable to reply until my profile is verified......all I can say is I am still waiting to have any response from the Support Team. Anyone else having these problems?
