I've been in the Chicagoland scene for over a decade and references are easily checked. Polyamory is an integral part of my personality. D/D free is expected. No smoking. I'm not into a goddess complex - I just want what I want. Perhaps your desires will work with mine...perhaps not.
I use the word switch as I have a Master - my husband - and I am his submissive. I have his complete support in my search for a play partner. I'm certainly not doing anything without his knowledge. I'm looking for a play partner that can be completely honest. That includes with their spouse if they have one. There's no room for dishonesty here.

Please don't ask me to tell you what I want from a sub. If I tell you that, then the typical response is, "I like that too!" I don't play with everyone I meet. Some relationships are just meant to be friends. Some relationships go further if the same kind of expectations are there and you both like being around one another. Typically, I play in a public forum. A local club allows both to play safely until we get to know one another. If you can't or don't want to play in public, find someone else. I won't mind. :) |

It amazes me to see so many on this site looking for a ltr. When you're looking for that, does it ever come? Instead, look for friendship...that's where any long term relationship will come from. Chemistry is so important, and so is friendship. I know I'm in a very unusual situation and I'm lucky to have it...but I'm really not sure if luck is the right word. I found a person that agreed with me with the kind of relationship we wanted in the first place. And we negotiated our existence as a couple.
Are humans really meant to be monogamous? If so, why isn't it natural to be faithful to one person when you love them? There are too many examples that say monogamy is dictated by society, not biology. Just my ponderings.... :) |
