There are a number of humiliation techniques - and it really depends on the perso involved. For example - one person may not be embarrassed at all by having someone see that she is not wearing a bra at work - while others would be devastated. Some get humiliated by having their friends find out about their save role - others do not.   So between an master and slave - this takes some time to develop.   I like me slave to wear items of clothing specified by me when we go out. Last night she wore a black belt as a necklace!   I have also had a slave tell her bf that he was too small and too quick to make her cum when inside her .... she obeyed - but I believe that he was most upset - and its the fear of the reaction, yet still obeying that is the key. The slave needs to obey their master, knowing that it will expose them to embarrassment, humiliation, shock or even ridicule in real life ....   Other things include not wearing underwear - being made to cum or get wet in public - and then having a wet spot on the dress or skirt for the nex few hours. Being made to address all males as "Sir" at work or in public. Being forced to be friends with other slaves is also very hard for some slaves. Being forced to have sex with strangers. For discipline it is like training and obedience ..... basically the aim is to make the slave learn what the master wants her to learn. This will generally mean behavious - but can mean behaviour in many situations..... how does the master require his slave to behave in public, in private, during sex, at work etc.   So discipline - different than punishment - is normally done in a way yo change behaviour. It can be similar to punishment - and can often involve pain - but these are done not because of a breaking of a rule or a failure to complete an order - but rather as something specific to ensure the slave knows how her master expects her to behave.   For example - I may want you to never eat before me when we have a meal.....you need to learn this.......so I explain, and then you forget and so I have to punish you - this is not discipline - this is punishment.   If I stop from eating and wait a long time at the start of the meal - perhaps I read a newspaper or check my e-mails while you are required to sit still with your hands in your lap or by your side, and you have to wait a long long time before I start - this is discipline training.   Another example would be if i required you to suffer a lot of pain for me - just because i enjoy this. Then I may use a ruler or a belt on your frequently to get you used to my requirements - and perhaps I would set a rule that says you must present your naked butt to me once per week ready for spanking - this would be discipline training.   Does that make sense slave?   Punishment is different.   Making sure the slave has learnt her lesson is easy - she fails me, she is punished (either through pain, humiliation or deprivation of something) and then she is tested again later ..... if she fails, the punishment level increases.   Does that make sense also ...?
