Hi, I'm Mike. I recently moved to Cork for a research gig. I'm not sure how often this site gets used in Ireland (or anywhere these days), but I'm maintaining a profile on here that I check occasionally just in case someone interesting pops up.
I'm learning that my interests in BDSM are more diverse than I previously thought. I came into the scene as a sub, and it would be great to find a female dominant/switcher as a play partner or perhaps as a relationship partner. My submissive fantasies go way back.
However, since becoming involved in the public scene (I got my start in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin scene) and doing some education activities, I have learned that I enjoy playing the dominant role as well. I have found it's a lot of fun to be in control and I especially enjoy learning about rope bondage and would love to find a partner on whom to practice my ties (still a novice there but I'm learning every day!). I also have a bit of a sadistic streak and really love having someone under my control to use however I like. I still have much to learn but my training as a dominant has come along well and if you are interested in seeing me in that role, you will not be disappointed.
I have explored the Berlin scene and have found it very welcoming and made a lot of great friends that way. Nonetheless, it seems difficult to meet a partner through the scene so I am seeing what I can find online. Ultimately I'm looking for people to interact with in real life, so while of course a few messages exchanged on here to establish mutual interest and safety are important, I'm not interested in anything long-distance or conducted only over the internet. The beauty of kink is that physical interaction between two people and ultimately that's what I'm here to find.
There's always more to learn, and that's what's so exciting about all of this.
I'm super intelligent, I work in science and I love science and nature. I'm a simple person and I enjoy spending time outdoors, reading or in quiet gatherings rather than partying all the time (with the exception of play parties of course!).
