I believe there is no one way of achieving success and satisfaction in BDSM, and that each time you develop a relationship with someone new it changes and morphs into addressing the needs and wants of the people involved. Everyone is different in what excites or fulfills them, and the key is in communicating those wants and needs openly and constantly so the process can be fulfilling for both Master/Dominant and slave/submissive. I would characterize myself as fairly strict, with clear expectations set and met. I believe the sexual aspect of D/s is extremely important to the long-term health of the relationship, but is by no means the only component or the most important component. In any M/s dynamic the emphasis is on Dominance and submission, and fitting that process into everyday life, and to the individual needs of those involved.
I don’t really have a set type but I tend like strong women who know that they want and are not afraid to take a risk to get it.
