So please can someone explain to me how you can get EXTRA virgin olive oil as the dictionary already says virgin is pure unsullied unused raw. How can it be any purer ?

perhaps after a 4 week lay of from the gym going back this week and doing 3 heavy work outs in 3 days was a tad too much.... oow my poor muscles
